A perfect home for a widow whose children have already left the nest, formed their own families and only visit on Sundays for the traditional family lunch. What she wanted: a house without stairs, that was spacious but also super easy to keep clean.
With these requests in hand, I planned a house that had 3 integrated environments: the Living room, Dining room and Kitchen.
Of course, the bedroom is a suite and includes a toilet that will be used by visitors.
The back patio is a little paradise: loungers for sunbathing, a SPA and a space for the vegetable garden and fruit trees.
The SPA was the choice when she told about her desire to have a pool, but she didn't want the inconvenience of maintenance or having to hire someone to take care of the pool.
